She was predeceased by: her mother Lorena Poole Collins. She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Arnold (Aaron) of Manitou; her granddaughters, Tiffany Burgess (Russ) of Nebo, KY and Brittany Guzman (Giovany) of Madisonville; her great grandchildren, Hunter Lyell, Wyatt Burgess and Brantley Hawkins; her brother Charles "Chuck" Collins of Madisonville; her niece Lane Williams; her stepgrandsons, Justin Davis, Jamie Davis and Ryan Jones; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, LeAnn Burgess and Zach Burgess.
