He is survived by: his wife Linda Breedlove; his son Jesse Breedlove (Lee Ann) of Hanson, KY; his siblings, Louise Slaton of Eddyville, KY, Lois Crawford of Hanson, KY, Charlotte Martin (Doug) of Hobbs, NM, Faye Bryant of Madisonville, Linda Epley (Jimmy) of Hanson and Eugene Breedlove (Sue) of Henderson, KY; and his granddaughter Marley Pate (Brandon) of Eddyville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
