She was predeceased by: her mother Lizzie Hook Carter; and her sister Vonnie Cato. She is survived by: her husband John Stewart of Manitou; her children, John Stewart, Jr. (Pam) of Louisville, KY, Jerry Stewart (Tamrah) of Madisonville, KY and Cindy Stewart of Manitou; her sisters, Linda Parker (Ronnie) of Madisonville and Dorthy Witten (Luther) of Madisonville; and her grandchildren, Josh Stewart, Jared Stewart and Jenna Stewart. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
