He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Qualls Clark and Morris Clark, Sr.; and his daughter Katie Clark. He is survived by: his wife Angela Lowe Clark; his children, Sara Campbell (Dustin) of Red Fox, KY, Amy Lynch (Nick) of Hanson, KY, Jeremy Clark (Stephanie) of Evansville, IN and Josh Townsend of Evansville, IN; his brothers, Robert Clark of Madisonville and Morris Clark, Jr. (Donna) of Middlefork, PA; and his grandchildren, Shelby, Reagan Campbell, Brayden, Olivia Lynch, Joleigh, Jayci, Aspyn Clark, Allen Collins and Jacob Townsend.
