He is survived by: his wife Tina Miller Williams; his daughter Johnnie Carol Williams of Madisonville; his sisters, Brenda Cotton (Kenny) of Nortonville, KY, Kathy Williams of Hanson, KY and Cindy Winfield (John) of Nortonville; and his sister-in-law Lynda Vandiver (Haryl) of Madisonville. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
