He was predeceased by: his parents, Ott Shoulders and Betty Shoulders; and his grandson Isaac Shoulders. He is survived by: his wife Frances Shoulders of Manitou, KY; his son Cliff Shoulders (LaDonna) of Dixon, KY; his sister Betty Ruth Osborn of Madisonville, KY; and his grandchildren, Michael Joe Shoulders (Holly), Heather Dawn Riley (Jimmie) and Brandy Michelle Blue (Dylan). He is also survived by several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
