She was predeceased by: her parents, Mertie Ann Foster and William McKinley Foster. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Forker of Manitou; her son Allen Forker Jr. (Jolene) of Manitou; her sister Louise Hubbard of Slaughters; and her niece Sylvia Marlow of Corydon, IN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
