He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee A. Parish and Ruby E. Duncan Parish; his wife Kerby Parish; and his brothers, Virgil Parish and Noble Parish.
He is survived by: his children, Allen Parish (Teresa) of Manitou, KY and Von Parish of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Lindie Ashby (Jared) of Hanson, KY and Jayde Parish of Manitou, KY; his great grandchildren, Mia Ashby and Parker Ashby; and his siblings-in-law, Hugh and Carolyn Ridenour of Hanson, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
