He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Spivey; his wife Rebecca Spivey; and his uncle James Hubbard. He is survived by: his father Clayton Spivey of Port Richie, FL; his siblings, John Spivey of Hamilton, OH, Ron Spivey (Tracy) of Hamilton, OH and Sherri (Robert); his friends, Hanson, Betty Groves of Tampa, FL and Traci Spivey of Manitou; and his pets, Marilyn and Miley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; several great-nieces; and several great-nephews.
