He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Chester, Eloise Duncan and Betty Moore. He is survived by: his parents, Eddie Duncan and Deborah Conrad Coble; his son Blake Duncan of Madisonville; his siblings, Tara Spinks (Dallas) of Madisonville, Jason Duncan (Melanie) of Nebo, KY and Daniel Coble of Madisonville; and his niece Cheyenne Spinks. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
