He is survived by: his spouse Wendy Hawkins; his daughter Brittany Pierce (Josh) of Madisonville; his siblings, Billy Hawkins (Brenda) of Madisonville, Tony Hawkins (Stefanie) of Slaughters, KY, Patricia Churchwell of Manitou, Jo Ann of Madisonville, Carolyn Skeen (Bobby) of Madisonville and Sandy Skeen (Mike) of Madisonville; and his grandson Kolten Pierce of Madisonville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
