It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny L. Thorpe of Manitou, Kentucky, born in Madisonville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Eli Thorpe and R. L. Thorpe; and his siblings, Nancy Thorpe and Roger L. Thorpe. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Rickard Thorpe; his children, Justin Thorpe of Harrisburg, IL, Kyle Thorpe of Owensboro, KY and Megan Pendley of Hanson, KY; his sister Anita Thorpe of Madisonville; and his grandsons, Ethan Pendley, Trenton Thorpe, Evan Pendley and Maverick Thorpe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
