He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Clayton and Betty Jane Clayton of Manitou; his brothers, Billy Clayton of Manitou and Jerry Clayton of Madisonville; and his nephew Jeremy Clayton.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ferrell Clayton; his daughter Susanne Clayton; his grandchildren, Ashley Olafsen (Brian) and Jordan Clayton (Rayne); his stepchildren, Chris Campbell (Jennifer) and Christy Combs (Kevin); and his sister Donna Brown (Danny). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, including four great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter.
