She is survived by: her children, Vickie Mullennix of Manitou, Jennifer Medrano (Randy) of Owensboro, KY and Thomas Lee (Kathy) of Smiths Grove, KY; her siblings, Donnie Parkest of Madisonville and Betty Rickard (Gene) of Hanson, KY; her grandchildren, Dylan Mullennix, Tyler Hibbs, John Lee, Katie Parris (Colton) and Elizabeth Lee; and her great grandchild Jaxon Parris. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
