He is survived by: his wife Carol Smallwood; his children, Rebecca Smallwood, Don Smallwood, Tonya Fragosa and Allen Wombles; his stepsons, Shawn Simpson and Todd Simpson; and his siblings, Roselean Wagers, Esaleen Smith, Lizzie Mae Smith, Carl Smallwood, Pauline Roark and Harvey Jr.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
