Pennington (Charlotte) of London and Benjamin Pennington (Stacy) of Manchester; his grandchildren, Stephanie Mitchell, Kayla Fultz, Kendra Pennington, Kyle Pennington, Casey Shane Wagers, Ashlyn Boozer, Adrianna Pennington and Ciara Pennington; and his brothers, Douglas Pennington (Judy) of Gardendale, AL and Billy Pennington of Cincinnati, OH.. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
