He is survived by: his wife Helen White (Ruth); his children, Deborah Campbell (Mike), Mary Lou Moore (Robert), Sandy Combs (Jerry) and William Michael White (Trisha); and his close friend Jacque Brown. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
