He is survived by: his wife Eva Gregory (Collins); his sons, Carl Wayne Gregory of Manchester and Jacob William Gregory (Brittany) of Manchester; his grandsons, Dylan Gregory and Logan Gregory; and his siblings, Teddy Wayne Gregory (Roselitta) of Corbin, Paulene Hedrick of Corbin, Barbara Gregory of Manchester and Liddie Harrison of Ohio.
