It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William J Feltner Sr. of Manchester, Kentucky, who passed away on May 18, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Roscoe Feltner Jr.; and his siblings, Roscoe Feltner, Reid Feltner and Violet Feltner. He is survived by: his children, Shona Feltner (Barret Craven) of Machias, ME and William James Feltner Jr. (Shannon); and his siblings, Rita Davidson (Delbert) of Manchester, KY, Judith Reinheimer (Richard) of Calais, ME and Sherman Wayne Feltner (Crystal) of Westmorland, TN. He is also survived by mother of his children and his friend.
