He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Smith Smallwood; his son Vernon Smallwood; and his siblings, TJ Smallwood and AC Smallwood. He is survived by: his sons, Paul (Nancy Smallwood) of Manchester and Johnny Smallwood of Manchester; his granddaughters, Dr. Cynthia Katie Smallwood, Cassie Teague, Shana Smallwood and Angel Smallwood; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Sophia, Ellie, Harris, Jaxon and Ruby Kate; and his brother Kermit (Edith Smallwood).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Britton Funeral Home (27 Old Hwy 421, Manchester, KY 40962). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
