He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hubbard and Allie Hubbard (Smith); and his nephews, Earl Hubbard, Marcus Lee Hubbard and Timothy Lee Hubbard.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Hubbard (Mills) of Manchester, KY; his daughters, Crystal Gail Hubbard-Johnson (Dale), Monica Davis (James) of Manchester, KY, Sonya Rodriguez (Leo) of Clay City, KY, Natasha Renee Hubbard of Manchester, KY and Charity Ray Hubbard of Manchester, KY.; his grandchildren, Kasi Nikole Hubbard, Cameron Tinsley Davis, Quentin Lee Hubbard, Paul Agustin Rodriguez, Hailey Breann Truitt, Trevor Dewayne Truitt and Natalia Raquel Villa; and his siblings, Arthur Hubbard, Norma Jean Seal, Margie Cruiz, Carolyn Brock, Kenneth Hubbard, Golden Hubbard, Dealic Collins and Jessie Ray Hubbard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
