He is survived by: his mother Velma Lee Moore Holt; his children, Dustin Holt of London, KY, Tracy Jarvis Hacker (Jeff) of London, KY, Alexus Dezarn of Somerset, KY, Ned Holt of Richmond, KY and Dexter Holt of London, KY; his siblings, Silas Holt of East Bernstadt, KY, Ada Marie Bowles (Scott) of East Bernstadt, KY and Paul Holt (Delores) of Somerset, KY; his grandchildren, Dayne Hacker, Tyra Hacker and Bella Hacker; and his great grandchild Gabriella Hacker.
