He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Sue Hurt; his parents, Cecil Hurt and Jewell Hurt; and his grandparents, Lloyd Bowling and Lorraine Bowling.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nikita Lynn Hurt and Shelli Hurt Finley (Nicholas); his stepdaughters, Joanie Michelle Moore (Roger) and Marsha Ann Lee (Timothy); his stepgrandchildren, Dalton Kendall Moore, Zachary Tyler Moore, Amber Nicole Lee and Leslie Brooklyn Owens; his daughter Lisa Rawlings; and his sisters, Lisa Thomas and Kimberly Campbell. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
