With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tempia Fields of Manchester, Kentucky, born in Oneida, Kentucky, who passed away on November 29, 2020 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tempia Fields to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hensley and Telitha Eagle Hensley; and her siblings, Sarah Mae Hensley, E. G. Hensley, Harve Hensley, Owen Hensley and Henry P. Hensley.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Fields (Sharron) of McKee, Tommy Fields (Connie) of Manchester, Jerry Fields of Manchester, Oscar Lee "Red" Fields of Manchester and Ed Fields (Haley) of Manchester; her siblings, Sally Smith and Granville Hensley of Manchester; her grandchildren, Danielle Telitha Numikoski, Samantha Stewart, Robert Lee Fields, II, Jadyn Rachel Fields, Zachary Fields, Kylie Gibson, Brianna Gibson and Lincoln Fields; and her great grandchild Gage Gibson.
Due to the COVID-19 mandates, all services for Tempia Fields will be private.
