He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Charles and Jean Cassell Charles. He is survived by: his wife Bonita Charles of Manchester; and his brothers, David Charles of Des Moines, IA, Robert Alan Charles of Miles City, MT and Peter Charles of Fort Pierce, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
