He was predeceased by: his wife Edith Brenda Hoskins (Grubb); his parents, Stalford Hoskins and Eller Hoskins; and his sister Naomi Campbell. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Hoskins (Tracie) of Manchester and Dr. William Hoskins (Gloria) of Pikeville; his siblings, Opal Smith, Edith Bowling (Bobby), Esther Wilson (Andy), Clifford Hoskins (Dean), Melvin Hoskins (Margaret) and Marvin Hoskins; his sister-in-law Mary Betty Stivers; his grandchildren, Jordan Williamson (Shane), Tanner Hoskins and Harper Hoskins; and his great grandchildren, Adelaide Williamson and Emma Williamson.
