It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelvia Jean Fugate of Manchester, Kentucky, who passed away on April 9, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Fugate and Manervia McKee Fugate; and her siblings, Mary Whitaker, Lloyd Fugate, Matilda Fugate, Joyce Brummett, Irvin Fugate, George Fugate and Paul Fugate of Ruby Perkins, R. L.
She is survived by: her siblings, Benny Fugate (Susan) and Norma Berry (Ray); and her niece Joyce Deaton.
