It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Lynn Hicks-West (Manchester, Kentucky), born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on June 8, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Ray and Bobbie Mills Hicks; her brother Douglas Critt Hicks; and her husband Anthony James West. She is survived by: her children, Ashley Jean Jones and Jarrod Ray James West; and her sister Connie Jean Woods.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Rominger Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
