He is survived by: his children, Michael Byrd (Janice) of Manchester, Marcus Byrd (Christie) of Thomaston and Dale Byrd (Crystal) of Meansville, Georgia.; and his siblings, Delores Smith and Wayne Byrd. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
