The memory of Pearl Jean Herd of Manchester, Kentucky, who passed away on October 19, 2024 at the age of 50, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Collins and Mary Williams Collins; her niece Jasmine Collins; and her father-in-law Lloyd Herd. She is survived by: her husband Edward Herd; her children, Tristan Herd of Manchester, Abigail Herd of Manchester and Colton Herd of Manchester; her siblings, Sherry Townsend (John), Patricia Smith (Reece), Birdie Smith (Frank), Laura Stewart (Russell), William Collins, Franklin Collins (Kim) and Boyd Collins (Amanda); and her mother-in-law Virginia Herd. She is also survived by 31 nieces and nephews; and by several great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Britton Funeral Home (27 Old Hwy 421, Manchester, KY 40962). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
