He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Johnson, Sr. and Ester Gregory Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Heather Raena Johnson of Manchester and Johnathan Underwood (Savannah Underwood) of Harrodsburg, Kentucky; and his siblings, Debbie Armour (Don) of Cunningham, Steven Gregory of Colorado and Joshua Gregory of Colorado.
In lieu of flowers the family of Otis Gayle Johnson, Jr. suggest memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
