She is survived by: her husband Roy Rios of Manchester; her sons, Carlos Rios (Whitney) of Mt. Vernon, Randall Carl Phillips (Linda) of Menifee, CA, Kenneth Dale Phillips of Colorado and Arnulfo Rios of Texas; her nieces, Melissa Shoupe White and Melinda Henson; her adoptive son Poncho Sanchez; and her siblings, Johnny Shoupe of London, KY, Anna Dees of Manchester and Layuna Shoupe Chastain of Tampa, FL. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and other extended family.
