He is survived by: his wife Ann Neal (Jones); his daughters, Jennifer Marie Neal of Manchester and Kathy Jo Neal Smith (Trevor) of Manchester; his grandchildren, Layla Jane Smith, Jace Allen Clark Smith and Nora Anne Marie Smith; and his siblings, Netha Kmetz (Michael) of Missouri, Natrila Mace (Neil) of Arkansas, Narlene Neal of Missouri and Nynal Neal of Missouri.
