He is survived by: his wife Fanny Johnson; his children, Morris Anthony Johnson and Ashley Henson (Jonathon) of Manchester, KY.; his siblings, Toleman Johnson of Manchester, KY, Vivian Cheek of Manchester, KY and Carol Gray (Ronnie) of Barbourville, KY.; and his grandchildren, Morgan and Isaac.
