He is survived by: his wife Edna Downey (Swafford) of Manchester; his daughter Jennifer LaRay Jobe (Raymond) of Corbin; his sister Hazel Hubbard (Abraham Hubbard) of Edmonton, KY; his sister-in-law Geraldine Downey of Manchester; and his grandchildren, Raymond Dale Jobe II and Hayleigh Nichole Jobe.
