She is survived by: her mother April Griffith McCoy; her husband Robert Smith; her daughters, Delilah Smith of Manchester, Kentucky and Gracelyn Smith of Manchester, Kentucky; her siblings, Wesley (Tiffany), Waylon McCoy of Dana, Cayden Griffith of Tram, Kentucky, Makayla McCoy of Edmonton, Emma McCoy of Prestonsburg and Hazaleah Pulliam of Edmonton, Kentucky; and her parents-in-law, Theo and Rose Smith. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
