She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Philpot and Dorothy Garrison Abner; and her brothers, Estill Lee Philpot and Delbert Ronald Philpot. She is survived by: her husband Charles McQueen; her children, Mike McQueen (Fangmin) and Leslie McQueen Sizemore (Myrl); her grandchildren, Margaret Franceschelli (Joe) and John Morgan Sizemore; and her great grandchildren, Sofia and Victor Franceschelli.
According to the Governor's COVID mandate, funeral service, visitation and burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Manchester Baptist Church Charity Fund, 308 Main Street, Manchester, Kentucky 40962.
