She is survived by: her children, Melinda Smith of Jackson County, James Lewis of Manchester, David Lewis of Manchester, Larry Collins of Manchester, Roy Hall of Manchester and Willie Collins of Harrodsburg; her grandchildren, Gabrielle Wilson, Kayden Collins, Kaylee Collins and Hayden Collins; her great grandchild Colton Lewis; and her daughter-in-law Marilyn Lewis.
