He is survived by: his wife Diana Stivers Rowland; his daughter Catherine Bullock (Chad); his grandchildren, Jay Griffin Bullock and Ryann Kate Bullock; and his sisters, Vanda Beatty and Janice Hardebeck. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
