He is survived by: his wife Inez Cox Smith; his children, Syreda White (Wayne Bowling) of Manchester and Larkin G. Smith (Toni Wagers) of Manchester; his siblings, Benny Smith (Brenda) of London, Ricky Smith (Anna Sue) of Barbourville, Vernon Smith of Manchester, Timothy Smith of Manchester, Louise Jones of Barbourville and Amanda Senters of Barbourville; his grandchildren, Talitha White (Jay Henson), Tosha Smith, Dylan Bowling and Richard Busch (Lynsey); and his great grandchildren, Coralie Hicks, Xazier Busch and Skylar Busch. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
