He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lewis (Baker); his son Kenneth Lee Lewis; his grandchildren, Cameron, Mady, Hannah and Taylor; his great grandchild Keaston; and his siblings, Andrew Lewis, Jim Lewis, Ed Lewis, Lee Lewis, Jr., Shirley Halcomb, Opal Johnson, Kathy Nichols and Peggy Huff.
