She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Hoskins and Ida Depew Hoskins; her husband Ralph Collins; her children, Coleman, Claude, Glenn and Christopher; and her sister Loretta Hoskins.
She is survived by: her sons, Curt Sams (Lori), Carter Sams and Clifford Sams (Effie); her grandchildren, Jessica, Jennifer, Justin, Clinton, Donya and Daniel; her great grandchildren, Syrus, James and Jorrin; and her siblings, Eugene Hoskins, Grace Hoskins, Merle Hoskins and Bruce Hoskins.
