She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy Wombles; her parents, Boyd Smith and Lucy Ann Collins Smith; and her siblings, Dewey Smith, Demiree Smith, Paul Smith, Doshia Smith, Andy Smith and Sue Rice.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Hoskins of Manchester, KY, Roy Wombles and Sallie Smith of Gray, KY; her siblings, Ella Mae Smith of Manchester, KY, Clifford Smith of McKee, KY, Betty Jean Dobbs of Manchester, KY, Velva Kay Henson of Indianapolis, IN and Mary Mills (Cecil) of Manchester, KY; her grandchildren, Whitney Hoskins, Huston Hoskins and Emily Wombles; and her great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Aiden and Caroline.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
