He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Gray Mathis; his daughters, Caitlyn Mathis, Leanna Mathis and Ella Rose Mathis; his parents, Ricky Mathis and Rosalie Mathis; his brother Patrick Ryan Mathis (Misty); his niece Dora Brooklyn Mathis; his nephew Matthew Mathis; his father-in-law Jerry Lee; his sister-in-law Kara Gray; his grandmother Betty Fields; and his close friends, Matthew Collopy, Chris Collopy and Justin Collopy.
