He is survived by: his children, Dana Minton Smith and William "Bopper" Minton; and his siblings, Harlan Minton, Larry Minton (Nora Jean), Lucy Brumley and Floyd Minton. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel (402 Richmond Rd, Manchester, KY 40962). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home (402 Richmond Rd, Manchester, KY 40962). A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hooker Cemetery.
