She was predeceased by: her parents, Creed Smith and Bonnie Smith; her husband Johnny Hacker; and her sisters, Maggie Francis Swafford and Orpha Karen Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Calvin Britton Hacker of Manchester and Jerry Ray Hacker of Manchester; her grandchildren, Trenton Hacker of Manchester and Kaylen Raquel Hacker of Manchester; and her siblings, Hurbet Eugene Smith of Greensburg, IN, Alice Ann Murphy of Greensburg, IN, Gaylon Wayne Smith of Indianapolis, IN, Katheryn Sue Nolan of Manchester, Ethel Collins of Manchester, Richard Bryan Smith of Manchester, Clyde David Smith of Manchester and Shonda Kyle Rice of Manchester. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
