He was predeceased by: his father Arnold Maxie; his sister Sheila McQueen; his brother-in-law Rick McQueen; and his nephew Richard McQueen. He is survived by: his mother Beulah Rawlings Maxie; his girlfriend Debbie Young; his daughter Kylee Maxie; his stepchildren, Sondra Davidson (Dallas), Kirstine Smith (Dakota), Darrell Davidson (Tonya), Dennis Swafford, Jeff Hughes and Carolyn Robinson; his grandchildren, Logan Davidson, Cooper Rose, Penelope Swafford, Khloe Davidson, Amber Hughes, Brady Smith, Hadleigh Smith, Jonah Smith, Nick Robinson and Jade Jones; and his siblings, Eugene Maxie (Julie) of Farmville, Virginia of Manchester, Tim Maxie (Sharon) of Manchester, Herbert Maxie (Yvonne) of Manchester, Charlene Maxie Harrison (Danny) of Manchester and Charles Maxie (Gracie) of Barbourville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
