He was predeceased by: his parents, Elder Ray and Marie Napier; and his brother Stanley Napier. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Napier of Manchester, KY.; his daughter Victoria Mays of Manchester, KY; his granddaughter Lilly Mills; and his siblings, Steve Napier, Donnie Napier, Russell Napier, Gary Napier and Peggy Henson.
