Smith); his grandchildren, Kelsey Perkins, Nathan Perkins and Jayden Smith; his brother Jackie Howard (Audrey); his sisters-in-law, Paula Stumbo (Phillip) and Robin Hensley (Mike); his nephews, Brian Howard, Jonathan Howard, Connor and Landon Hensley; his uncle Shorty Howard (Opal); and his aunt Ann Howard. He is also survived by friends and other family members.
