He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Ford Waggener; and his siblings, Francis Alsop (Othniel) and Guilford Waggener (Nancy). He is survived by: his children, James Waggener Jr. (Anita) of Simpsonville, KY and Sarah Bowling (Stanley) of Manchester, KY; his grandchildren, Mark Waggener, Adam Waggener, Sondra Bray (Rex) and Steven Bowling (Crystal); his great grandchildren, Stephanie Goins (Darrell), Rex Bray III, Skylar Ferrell (Tyler) and Emaleigh Sams (Trevor); and his great great grandchildren, Brooklyn Goins and Kanan Goins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
